Woke up this morning to find all services completely out.. Called Optimum and they said they see everyone else on my block up and running.. Too early for me to ask the neighbors.. Checked my modem out at the drop, no sync... We have underground utilities here.. Just curious if anyone else was experiencing a service problem in the Farmingville area.
There have been times in the past where I called support and they said everyone else was up, but then when calling back an hour or so later, they said everyone was out.. At any rate, set up an appt for tomorrow at 11
