My recordings were fine but I received this email today|
On Monday, October 6th, we experienced a technical issue that affected recording and playback on Multi-Room DVR. Any recordings you had scheduled during this time were not successful. However, you may be able to find the shows you missed on Free on Demand, Ch. 502.
Our technical teams resolved the issue and restored service as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
