The FCC has raised the benchmark for high-speed fixed broadband to 100/20 Mbps.

So Optimum's 100/5 and 200/10 tiers no longer meet the definition of broadband.
Optimum 300, 400, and 500, with only 20 Mbps upload, are now barely considered broadband.
