Cisco EA3500 router here. It just stopped on its own. I am connected to wifi but it states no Internet access with the yellow ! in a triangle. I factory reset it a few times and nothing. I called Cisco technical support looking to get a replacement sent but got the run around. They blamed it on cablevision sending an update and changing the settings. Right. I was told to factory reset it again and put in the install cd. I did that and same story. They then tell me I have to pay 30 bucks for advanced troubleshooting. I tell her the router is done but she is confident she can fix it. I get a 15 dollar rebate if the router truely is defective. The router is only about 7 months old. The same thing happens when connected directly to Ethernet. I do have Internet when connected directly to the modem.
edit :
After all that it just starting to work on its own again... Maybe Cablevision did do something :o
