Altice USA, Inc. (“Altice USA” or “the Company”) hereby notifies the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority
that effective 11/13/19, This TV will be removed and replaced with Court TV on channel 111. The activity is a
direct result of Tribune – owner of retransmission rights for both This TV and Court TV – deciding to remove
and replace the content. No customer’s rate or package will be impacted as a result of this change.
