I have a weird one here. I've been an Optimum customer at the same house since 2005. When we moved in and setup our service I setup an automatic withdrawal from my checking account. I believe back then I filled out a form and had to tape a voided check (or just fill out my account/routing number) and faxed it in to Cablevision/Optimum. I need to change checking accounts, or at the very least have Optimum stop from withdrawing from the account they currently do. When I tried to do this a few years ago they told me I had to print out and fax back a form since it was originally done that way. At the time I didn't have access to a fax so I just gave up trying to update the account. Now I have to change the account and when I try and call Optimum nobody can help me. The payment method doesn't show up when I login to optimum.net. I'm guessing it doesn't because it was setup so long ago on a legacy system. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this resolved?
