Just moved to the northeast and had Cox previously who were very together as a Business. So far cant say the same about Optimum. Questioning their operational guidelines. Having had to make phone calls to resolve basic issues, customer service not coherent, glitchy system. Various things. Surprising considering they have a monopoly in our area same as Cox where I lived previously. But at least Cox walked the talk and operated relatively well. C'mon Optimum. Try harder. Show Cox you can be at their level too.
