When transferring files from a remote server to my home PC via FTP, I am able to max out my internet connection at roughly 35 MB/s. If the transfer goes over 20-30 minutes while in this speed range, my modem will totally reboot itself. I've done a bit of research into this and have heard it could be related to a "dynamic power change" or "high upstream power". My upstream power is in the 43-46 range so that seems okay.
When the modem reboots itself the following appears in the event log:
6/18/2019 21:17 16 MTA TFTP: Successful
6/18/2019 21:17 26 MTA PROV: Successful!
6/18/2019 21:17 3 Voice Line State Change, Line Number = 1, Prev State = OOS, New State = IS
6/18/2019 21:34 16 MTA TFTP: Successful
6/18/2019 21:34 26 MTA PROV: Successful!
6/18/2019 21:34 3 Voice Line State Change, Line Number = 1, Prev State = OOS, New State = IS
I can post the full status page of my modem if that may help troubleshoot.
I have an Arris TM1602A modem.
Any help is appreciated as to how to resolve this is appreciated.
