At least once a day, the Altice One combined modem/router becomes unresponsive to the remote. The TV controls still work, but nothing else. The only way I've found to fix it is to unplug the thing and plug it back in. This disrupts all service for at least three minutes. Is there a permanent fix? This is our first experience with cable, having suffered with Verizon's DSL for many years. Wondering if we should switch to the legacy system while we still can do it fee free.
