I got an email saying that I could lower my bill due to my being a loyal customer. I called and asked some questions because I'm a cynical being at heart and was told that along with the lowered bill, I'd get an increase to their Optimum 400 speeds and all of this would be set for 24 months. The offer still stands for a bit longer but before I decide to jump I wanted to come here and ask if there's anything I should know. Again... cynical at heart and I'm not used to getting something for nothing.
