Hi,
I lost connection to my smart router and cameras this afternoon. Smart router page and support told me the modem was offline. Got home and modem was on and all LED's solid. I power-cycled and didn't think to check if service returned prior. What does the event log indicate? I was told there was no outage in my area and they wont look at event log but troubleshoot in realtime. Modem and smart router are Optimum's not mine.
