[OOL] Suggestions/solutions to guide OOL Service Tech

Hi all, My cable modem/router setup has been running fine until 1-2 months ago. Today finally got frustrated with intermittent reboots and disconnects of my SB8200 that scheduled a service call for tomorrow. Any suggestions as to how to guide my tech to solving the problem with the following details I'm seeing on my modem status page? Bonus points if the argument/point completely eliminates the issue of the tech claiming its a BYOD issue. It's late here; I'm frustrated/tired, and would appreciate any help. Let me know if I can gather any additional information to bring up in my case when the service tech arrives. See attached PDF for modem status; or is there a better way to post it (different file format)?
