[OOL] Retention

So frustrated with huge bills. I called optimum today (Sunday) to change my plan or take off voice. I was told I needed to speak to retention dept on Monday. Ugh this just adds to my frustration and shows the company is not customer oriented and their employees are not empowered. With my att phone I can change my plan anytime hover or lower, why can’t optimum be the same.
