Been reading the forums and now I have an issue ....
Random cable modem reboots - ARRIS TM1602. Replaced modem at Optimum store. Still happening. Attaching latest signal readings. Service tech was on site today .... said there was a leak in the line/connection outside the house at the box. Half hour after he left, cable modem reboot. Ugh. Service tech coming tomorrow afternoon. The saga continues ....
(also had an issue with the cable box not connecting, replaced cable box, didn't boot up - error, tech came and said the tension line from the street to the house needed fixing ...... this is ok since he "fixed it" a week ago.)
