I had Internets for five weeks, paid for ten days on a partial bill and everything was good until yesterday. Altice bricked my modem. I thought my SB 5100 went bad but nope, Altice took internets off my account after 10 days. Why no one knows, but the modem kept on working for exactly 30 days, then bricked.
I had a 3.0 modem laying around so I registered it instead of the SB5100 single channel. My readings are much better but my speed is slower.
