I was just reading my contract with Altice, as we all do from time to time, and found this odd difference in TOS.
With speeds upto 25 TOS says.
Optimum 25: An electronic two way online information and communication service of
Altice (which includes proprietary products of Optimum Online as well as Internet access)
which is delivered over the cable system and accessed via a cable modem to a
computer. The service is provisioned with a single Dynamic IP address. The address will
change periodically and without prior notification.
With speeds 50 and over it says.
Optimum 50: An enhanced electronic two way online information and communication
service of Altice (which includes proprietary products of Optimum Online) which is
delivered over the cable system and accessed via a cable modem to a computer.
Optimum 50 offers subscribers additional features that may be provided by authorized
third party providers ("Optimum 50 Third-Party Provider(s)").
So what's up with third party "enhanced" and no mention of IP address for 50 and above?
USENET: Users are not permitted to:

As for this.
