Hello I've been out of the loop for a while. Wtf happened to optimum? They use daily to bend over backwards to keep their customers. My promotion that I've basically have had is ending soon so I called to see if there's anything to do mind you I'm already paying around $195 for preferred, 2 boxes, 60/25, multiroom dvr and the phone which hasn't been used in 6 yrs. I mainly just want to keep my mulitroom DVr without it going up. 3 different reps said they can't lower my package but suggested I return the cable boxes and cancel the dvr and buy TiVo boxes and use that with opt tv in order to save on the month cost ? Seriously ? I told all 3 reps if there's nothing you can do then Verizon would be glad to have me on one of their plans so cancel my service please and they did. Back in the day they would be like no no no sir let me get you to our resolution center . I hate the Dolans
