[OOL] T6/T3 Time out issue. Losing connection.

BOOTR: 2.2.0.45 SW_REV: 9.1.103S MODEL: TM1602A Recently, I have been getting this issue where I would lose connection completely for 3~5 minutes randomly. I have contacted Optimum customer service, but all they say is "It looks fine on our end". Is there anything I can do to fix the issue? My router is working fine during outage (ping to router was fine)
