Please let this letter serve to provide notice that effective February 3, 2017,1 Optimum is launching News 12 Connecticut (SD & HD) -- the exclusive 24-hour local news channel dedicated to covering western Connecticut -- in the Litchfield system on channel 19. Additionally, effective February 7, 2017, Optimum will launch News 12 Traffic and Weather Connecticut in the Litchfield system on channel 61.
