I'm lost in OOL robot phone assist... So bottom line, like clockwork, my speed which is fine all day at 18+Mbps at 19:30 like clockwork goes to anywhere from 1Mbps to 10Mbps via Speedtest... Also verified by extremely slow response.
I spent 30 minutes with the OOL robot, reboot, modem reset etc and when it said transferring to customer rep it disconnected.... So... my question is, how do I approach this?
I have screen shots / Links to poor speedtest results...
I already have a Docis 3 modem for a couple of years.
Something changed around Xmas time.
Some kid running a Quake server?
I'm on Eastern Long Island in a one horse town, literally.
etc...
So how do I talk to a human at OOL and get this resolved?
