I came home tonight and noticed my phone service wasn't working. Looked at my modem and it wasn't locked. Rebooted the modem and everything came back on. Just ran a speed test and I got this.

Upload was at 2 the first time, when I ran it again I got this. Did a ping test and have some packet loss also. I am in the 11228 area.
