[OOL] Recent Phishing Email from "Optimum Webmail"

Hi all, I recently received this phishing email sent to my one of my Optimum email addresses which I do not use anymore due to all the junk mail received. Sender appears to be another Optimum webmail user. CC's and BCC's to "do-notreply@support.com" and "do-notreply@support.net" Has anyone else received something like this or similar? "Proceed Now" link points to Google Docs. Why doesn't Altice/Optimum do something about this and the junk mail problem or at least allow you to delete your Optimum email accounts?? Thanks
