Does anyone know the process for escalating to Altice to connect your block/development to Altice Fiber when other neighbors in close proximity already have Altice Fiber service? Not sure if there is even an escalation process for requesting they extend service like this?
For additional context, the neighbor directly behind me has Altice Fiber available and the last house (~0.3 miles) before the entrance into our development (other side) also has Altice Fiber available. This is a public development with no HOA, etc.
From what I can tell it seems they stopped where underground utilities began. The neighbor directly behind me has above ground utilities.
