Yesterday I installed an Optimum provided Gateway 5, which replaced an old modem and router. Immediately after activating, I was briefly able to access the web based router settings and set up separate SSIDs for 2.4 and 5 GHZ. Since then I’ve repeatedly tried to access the settings with no luck and keep getting a message saying “Sorry, we're having trouble accessing your router settings.” Any suggestions on what I can do to access the settings? Everything else is working fine and I happy with the new Gateway. Thanks in advance.
