I've had Ultra 101 for awhile now and it has always been consistently good until last Weds.
I went from getting 80-101+Mbps down during my usual 2pm-8pm usage to 15-40Mbps starting last Weds.
I gave it a couple days to see if the problem would resolve itself before calling to report the issue but unfortunately it didn't.
After 3 tech visits, 2 modem swap-outs and all the wiring from the modem to the outside of my house replaced, I am still having the same issue.
Anyone else ever deal with a similar situation? If so, what was the eventual fix? Node split? I loved the service until this download issue arose.
As it stands now the last tech that tried to remedy the issue left me the desk number of his supervisor, who has not yet returned my call.
