For the past few days I've been experiencing random packet losses throughout the day. My zip code is 11220 and i am wondering if anyone is experiencing this also.

I contacted Optimum customer support and she said it was something on my side, so the technician was scheduled for the next day. The technician came and changed the modem. I told him that i was getting packet loss and if there is anyway to fix it. The tech told me that it wasn't from me but from optimum. So i am wondering if anyone else near my area is also getting packet loss.
