Netgear 600N Router Firmware Updated to Ultra 101 Speeds???

I called CV to ask about the new Routers for Ultra 101 Subscribers... CV Told Me that since I'm on Ultra 101, my Netgear 600N Router has already been updated with a Software Update to get Ultra 101 speeds. I told the Rep at CV, that I'm only getting tops, 80 Mbps on a good day. So we re-tested and she had me plug directly into the Arris Modem and I got to about 117-118 Mpbs. She said that the Router has a "Problem" and scheduled a Tech to stop by Sunday night and swap out the Router. I told her that I read the boards online and this is the first I heard that you could upgrade the old Netgear Router to faster speeds...She said oh yes, your Netgear Router was already Upgraded, but there's a problem with your Router and we need to swap it out to fix the problem. I'm confused...I thought the old Routers were being replaced because they could not get ultra 101 speeds? Did I miss something? Thanks
