Called last week to remove the TV service....
Very unpleasant on the phone with them, worse than any car dealer experience I've ever had.
His basic statement amounted to, if you are going to stream instead of using our own TV service, you need to "preserve your TV access".
And the way to "preserve your TV access" he said is to change your Internet speed from 60 to 100 or higher.
He even kept saying that 100 would cost less than 60 but that did not make any sense to me, and in any event if they do any favors it's to benefit them not me.
I am pretty well informed on these things (otherwise I would not be involved with this DSLR website for several years under various names) but he confused the hell out of me.
Deliberately confusing and manipulative language....
