It’s the second night in a row where around peak time (8pm or so), my Overwatch game ping jumps from about 50ms to 150ms. The problem starts with the Cogentco hop in New Jersey (be3033.rcr21.ewr02.atlas.cogentco.com). That hop has over 100ms and there’s 1% packet loss. Around 11pm at night, the problem disappears and everything goes back to normal.
I'm not the only one. Other Overwatch players who have Optimum also said they had the same issue. Is this something Optimum network engineers can help resolve or influence?
