At least once a month (sometimes more) anything that I have recorded on DVR Plus gets erased. In fact it has happened twice in two days earlier this week. To date, after numerous calls to Cablevision TV repair, there has not been a solution to the problem. One time I was in the middle of watching a show where the picture froze and then an error message appeared that the recording can not be found.
Any time I call into to tech support, the rep does nothing but take information and sent it to the engineering department and they will call back days later and say everything looks ok.
Anyone else having similar issues?
