Where can I find the current services that I subscribe to? I recently had a change and want to see exactly what the site says. My next bill won't be generated for three weeks. It might still say the previous services but I can't even find that. I never liked the optimum site. Everything is all over the place and when you think you found what you want... nope. it sends you to a place you already where from a different link. ((insert facepalm)).
Does anyone know why my account would say I have iO Silver when I have Broadcast Basic? I'm being charged for BB, and only receive BB channels. Does anyone else's say something different than what they subscribe to? Yes I can call them but I get more/better answers here. lol.
DVR Service: Do you pay for DVR service for EACH box or do you pay one DVR service price then for each box? So if you have 3 tv's, do you pay $23 for every box (total $69) or $13 then $10 for each box. (total $43). I'm gonna guess the former since they make more money that way. smh.
I also see that Optimum needs to update their channel listing pdf. The site says there's 8 tv levels ( https://www.optimum.net/pricing-packages?v_cid=vanity-_-url-_-pricing) yet the guide only shows 5.
