I hoping someone can assist me with a question. I have the Samsung JCAS Optimum cable box. When I go to the settings menu to setup my favorite channels I am only able to add 218 total favorite channels. If I try and add another it removes the favorite channel with the highest channel number. I tried to contact OOL asking what the maximum number of favorites that can be used and was told its unlimited. I have the Optimum gold package if that helps. Does anyone else have a maximum number of favorite cahnnels?
