Hello. Has anyone here noticed a problem on their Optimum TV service in which the video will dropout for several seconds at a time while the audio remains unaffected? These dropouts have occurred on different channels at random times during the night and the problem has been ongoing for at least a full month. This is happening on the Bergen-Cresskill system.
Please advise if there are any diagnostic tests I can perform or how to gauge the signal levels being received by the Samsung converter. I'll gladly report the issue to Optimum. However, I know how difficult it can be to diagnose intermittent problems. Thank you!
