I didn't notice it in November but Altice/Cablevision changed the due date (at least in Connecticut) to synchronize all of Connecticut's payment due date.
They say I wont be changed a late fee if I still pay on my old due date (the 2'nd of every month), as long as the payment is received with in 30 days.
I this just a way to (maybe in the future), charge late fees when they decided to change the rules and want payments by the actual due date?
After paying for over 15 years with the same due date, I find it unsettling that they would change it just to convenience them. But then again Altice is pretty much a sucky company (as far as I can see).
