This morning, I got to my office and was catching up on social media and election coverage. All of the video viewing was buffering and choppy. I did a speed test and my download speeds are non-existent. The upload starts out low but eventually gets about 35 up. I pay for the 100 down speeds. I checked all connections on the outside and inside and rebooted my netgear router. I haven't called Optimum yet but was wondering what to look for to see if there are any line issues.
