It's $5.00 PER SERVICE now. So if you have all three.. you're paying $15 if it gets turned off. Since I pay a month behind I get a shut off notice every month. I thought the shut off date was 5th but it was the 4th and now my bill shows $10 for Restore service fee. That'll be the last time THAT happens! ;)
