Netgear N600 WNDR3400, with Cablevision P/N 31339

Hi, I just got this Netgear N600 WNDR3400 router online, and it's brand new, still factory shrink wrapped, but on the tag with the bar code, under the model number, it says Cablevision P/N 31339. What does that mean? I'm assuming this is the same as any other Netgear N600 WNDR3400, yes? Is it distributed by Cable, and that's why their part # is on it. All I'm concerned with is, can I still access it via routerlogin.net and the admin/password combo, like any other Netgear router? Is there proprietary software inside?? You see where I'm going with this, and any input greatly appreciated. Thank, in advance.
