Just saw a banner on the Channel Listings Channel that states beginning in April, removal of Premium Channels within 30 days will result in a $4.99 Fee.
I guess this means those who call in and want to watch HBO or Showtime for the weekend and expect to cancel on Monday, instead of paying what they subscribed to, they now have to pay this new fee as well.
